Access by air

The nearest airport to Sapporo is "New Chitose Airport". International flights from Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong are available.

Access by train (JR)

From New Chitose Airport, rapid train "Airport" will take you to Sapporo station within 33 (very rapid) or 37 (rapid) minutes. Unfortunately Shinkansen rapid express is available only up to Hakodate, the entrance to Hokkaido. After Hakodate, it take another 4 hours by "Hokuto" express train.
