Registration fee

-On-site participants those who are neither students nor postdocs : 10,000 Japanese yen(JPY)
(You need to pay the fee in cash at the on-site registration desk. The registration fee includes drink and refreshment services during breaks.)

-Online participants : free

The deadline for the registration is June 28th, Friday, 2024.

Banquet

The conference banquet will be held in the evening on August 7th, Wednesday, at a resutaurant in the campus of Hokkaido Univeristy(close to the main entrance), Cafe de Gohan. The dinner is served as the Buffe style including alcohole. The participation fee is 5,000 JPY. Many invited speakers will be attending the banquet as well.

If you would like to participate, please make a check "Yes" for the inquery on the banquet in the registration form.

Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (46 slots are left on April 28th.) . Reservations are not confirmed until you receive the confirmation letter for the banquet from the organizers through the official email address, nfam@eng.hokudai.ac.jp.
